Where skills programs are offered, well-known training and technical institutes must be established. To solve this kind of issue, organizations start a skill development program to learn a skill and earn money. in this way, they solve all these problems caused by unemployment.
Technical and vocational education is becoming increasingly important in Pakistan. If you work in a manual or technological field, you will require some technical and vocational training. It was discovered and observed that technical and vocational education was exclusively provided to low-level workers in Pakistan in the past. The instruction covered how to perform manual activities as well as how to operate various types of machines. However, the scenarios have now been drastically altered! Information technology, Programmer logic controller, fashion design, dressmaking, beautician, tourism, and other skill development training programs in Pakistan have lately begun to place a high value on technical and vocational education programs. Today, every sector in Pakistan refuses to hire a single employee unless they have acquired a particular ability level.
We discovered that the need for technical and vocational education in Pakistan is steadily increasing. Every Pakistani believes that including this kind of educational program will help to reduce the country's poverty rate. If we want Pakistan's economy and development to be at the top of the world, we must improve our technical and vocational education sector. As we all know, Pakistan has a higher rate of unemployment than the rest of the world. The fundamental cause for this deficiency is that Pakistanis are not sufficiently skilled, and they consistently fail to meet the standards of any job line. If one wants to find a job right away, or if one wants to meet the standards of any job line, technical and vocational education is required.
In Pakistan, there is an urgent and pressing demand for a well-trained workforce. This feature will provide several job chances for Pakistani students, as well as a reduction in drug addiction, warlord activities, trafficking, and gang participation activities. Youth morale and confidence can only be sufficiently enhanced if they can find work.
The youth of Pakistan is falling behind due to a lack of skill, experience, and education. There is no way they can go back if they are given proper technical and vocational training.
Skill development with an eye toward employment is a pressing need, and Human Relief Foundation Pakistan has begun a skill development initiative in the KPK's Mansehra district. There is a rising recognition that having a college diploma does not always guarantee a job that matches one's qualifications. A Class X minimum qualification combined with some vocational abilities, on the other hand, leads to work chances.
The goal is to teach poor girls and women how to sew garments and run home beauty parlors from their homes (self-employment) or find work at a boutique/professional beauticians/export house to augment their family's income and improve their quality of life. Following the training, HRF Pakistan assists the beneficiaries in opening their tailoring shops/beauty parlors, either individually or collectively. Trainees are also taken on exposure tours and encouraged to learn about the marketing components of a tailoring unit, sampling and quality control, self-help groups (SHGs) as tailoring/beautician unit co-operatives, and SHG administration. They are also encouraged to create a business with the help of a government loan that is interest-free (SHG).

Both men and women can benefit from our program because those who could not get any training due to economic hardship will now be able to get it. Because our program is very affordable and for some, it is free. And secondly, it is for them to the doorstep and easy access for other people.

It can be an interest-free loan; it can be tools and machinery and other financial assistance.
The Human Relief Foundation has established the Institute of Skill Development in the periphery of Mansehra. HRF – ISD Mansehra organizes and conducts a meeting with an International Labour Organization (ILO) representative to ensure the institute's long-term viability. Similarly, the departments of social welfare, usher and zakat, and municipal government. To cater to the vocational training needs of the orphan, widow, and local poor people to facilitate the orphan and local poor people to find the right kind of job.

Freely chosen criteria for widows include:
Widow certificate, maximum age 20 to 45 years old.
For orphans, the requirements are:
Age range: 15 to 25 years old, with a death certificate for the father.
Criteria for poor and needy students are as follows:
Age 15 to 25 years old with a Zakat Department certificate or a local Nazim proof of poverty
For disabled trainees, the criteria are:
There is no age limit, but they must operate a computer or a sewing machine.
The institute will work with a variety of government, semi-government, and non-government entities.
Three packages for vocational training programs were offered by HRF- ISD Mansehra.
ISD Mansehra is associated with the Peshawar Skill Development Council (under NTB Islamabad) and the Pakistan Technical Education Council (under NTB Islamabad). NAVTTC accreditation is also in the works.
HRF Pakistan will continue the program by collecting fees from students in the second year of the program. This initial cash will be used to develop the necessary equipment and infrastructure. This institute will only demand the wages of the teachers/instructors and a small fee for power, etc., after one year of the program. We anticipate that the locals will pay the charge, allowing us to continue operating the institute in the long run. Initial core skills training, a company management module, project work, and market linkages are all part of the training curriculum. The primary goal of the "Skills for Market Connection" program is to give demand-driven training to women working in the garment industry and beauty salons to develop structured market linkage possibilities that will allow them to participate in economic activities.
